Booking Fees & Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable booking fee is due upon scheduling an appointment. This fee will be credited towards the appointment total.

Please ensure your availability prior to securing an appointment. Please also refrain from booking an appointment if you are planning to become pregnant leading up to your appointment (including your 6–8-week touch up).

If you must reschedule your appointment, your booking fee may be transferred one time with a minimum of 7 days' notice. If you must reschedule again, another booking fee will be required.

The booking fee is non-refundable and therefore if you need to cancel your appointment this fee will not be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you cancel within 72 hours or less of your appointment, you will also be subject to a 40% service fee for your cancellation (your booking fee amount will be deducted from this total.) Please understand that it is not easy to fill in a permanent make-up appointment at the last minute. The caffeine pre-care instructions alone need to be followed for 48 hours meaning a 72 hours' cancellation notice gives 1 day maximum to try and fill the spot.

** Please cancel your appointment if you are sick (or feeling sick). Though your booking fee will still be forfeited, it is imperative you are healthy when having PMU done to reduce the risk of infection and ensure optimal healed results. It is also for the protection of your artist as we work very closely. If you show up sick, I will refuse service and your booking fee will remain forfeited.

Please note: Visionary Beauty Co reserves the right to withhold any booking fees paid in the event we are unable to perform or refuse treatment.
