Lash Policies

Client Lash Appointment Policy/Precare

Please advise if you are pregnant or have a medical condition so we can confirm your suitability for treatment

72 Hours Prior to Your Appointment

No waterproof makeup

24 Hours Prior to Your Appointment

If you have had a spray tan, please make sure all bronzer is washed off.

On the Day of Your Appointment

You must come to your appointment with clean and makeup free lashes/eyes.

Avoid applying oily products on your lashes or around your eyes.

Contact lenses must be removed prior to your treatment. For this reason, it is recommended to wear glasses to your appointment.

Upon arrival, you will be required to fill out and sign a medical questionnaire/waiver.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations require at least 36 hours' notice. If you fail to cancel within 36 hours of your appointment, you will be subject to a 50% service fee for your cancellation. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you may also be required to pay a non-refundable deposit.

If you are late, your appointment may be cancelled. This decision will be at my discretion. If your appointment needs to be cancelled, you will still be required to pay a 50% service fee as the appointment will be considered a “No Show”.

Allergic Reaction Policy

It is not the responsibility of the technician to diagnose a client's susceptibility to allergies. If you believe you are having an allergic reaction, please contact me immediately to discuss it further. Common symptoms include (but are not limited to) Redness, itchiness, and swelling.
