Lash Extensions

Classic

Classic lashes offer a more subtle and defined appearance. They are applied in a 1:1 ration (one extension per one natural lash) and are often considered the most natural looking of the types of extensions. The lashes come in a variety of diameters (thicknesses), lengths and curl types which allows for customization to achieve the perfect look for you!

Volume

Volume lashes offer a fuller more dramatic look. Instead of a 1:1 ratio, there is a fan of multiple lash extensions applied per one natural lash. Volume lashes are also very customizable not only with diameter, length and curl types, but also the number of lashes per fan. Depending on your desired appearance along with the state of your natural lashes, you can achieve a lighter and fluffy volume look or a bolder and denser look.

Hybrid

Hybrid lash extensions offer the best of both worlds as it is a mix of both classic and volume lashes. They offer the definition of Classics with the added fullness & fluff from Volume. Typically, the split would be 50/50 however this can be customized depending on your desired look.

Maintaining Appointments for Extensions

If you want to maintain your new lash extensions, then you will need to pre book “fill” appointments. At your fill appointment, new extensions will be applied on any bare natural lashes and any extensions that have grown out will be removed and replaced. Fills are typically done every 2-3 weeks depending largely on your natural lash growth cycle. Everyone's growth cycle is unique, and each natural lash is on their own cycle! Along with “grow outs” we also need to consider the shedding of our lashes. The average person has anywhere from 90-150 natural eyelashes per eye and on average we shed anywhere from 2-7 natural lashes per day. Here is the math if we average it at losing 3 natural lashes per day:

1 Week - 21 natural lashes shed (taking the extensions with them)

2 Weeks - 42 natural lashes shed (taking the extensions with them)

3 Weeks - 63 natural lashes shed (taking the extensions with them)
